used to say that you are judged by what you do, and not by what you say 
大家要看的是你真正的作為，而非你的言談，所以指的是「坐而言不如起而行」。***「事實」有動靜兩種可能，無法以「actions」涵蓋之。***

The facts speak for themselves.
used to say that the things that have happened or the things someone has done show clearly that something is true
已經發生的事實，自身就呈現出真相，無須辯駁，所以指的是「事實勝於雄辯」。
